Playing

Choose community charts by song, artist, stars or popularity.
Swipe directional notes and dodge left/right hazards in time with the music.
Judgements: PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD, BAD and MISS.
Score, accuracy, combo, PERFECT count and misses are saved to your account.
Dynamic Stages can change note paths, dodge lanes, visibility, flashes and visual effects during a chart. The playfield itself stays fixed for clarity.

Create an account and public profile with unique @username, display name, avatar, banner and bio.
Set a 20-character status that expires after 24 hours.
Public/private profile privacy, online presence, last seen, account level, XP and ranks.
Profile stats include charts, followers, friends, accuracy, combo and playtime.
Unlock badges, achievements and titles, then select a title for your profile.

Follow and unfollow players. Following lists are private unless the viewer and profile owner follow each other mutually.
Send friend requests, accept/reject them, remove friends and see mutual friends.
Block users or mute them from your feed.
Receive notifications for follows, comments, replies, mentions, challenges, records and chart activity.
Community feeds for global activity, following, friends, new charts, popular charts, recommendations and events.

Global, friends, charter and clan leaderboards.
Rank by score, accuracy, combo, PERFECTs, completions, stars, followers, XP and other stats.
Challenge players to 1v1 duels for score, accuracy, combo, no-miss or PERFECTs.
Best-of-1, best-of-3 and best-of-5 support, rematches, history, win rate and streaks.
Public/private user-created tournaments and clan/team rankings.

Load a song URL, set BPM and place swipe/dodge notes.
Use Dynamic Stages for note paths, dodge paths, flashes, visibility and smooth transitions without moving the playfield.
Publish charts directly to the community under your logged-in account.

Slides are Rhythm Slide’s profile-cosmetic currency.
Earn 100 Slides for every complete hour of chart playtime.
Badges reward 250 Slides, achievements reward 150 Slides, and each account level gained rewards 100 Slides.
Buy and equip PFP frames, title colors/fonts, display-name colors/fonts, profile backgrounds, gradients, animations, username effects and profile particles.
Rarities and prices: Common 100, Uncommon 250, Rare 500, Epic 950, Mythic 1500, Legendary 3000, Rhythm God 5000 Slides.

Claim one reward per UTC calendar day to build a streak.
Days 1–70 contain 70 Daily-exclusive cosmetics: 10 Common, 10 Uncommon, 10 Rare, 10 Epic, 10 Mythic, 10 Legendary and 10 Rhythm God.
If you restart a streak and reach a cosmetic you already own, that day gives one third of the cosmetic value in Slides instead. Common duplicates, for example, give 33 Slides.
From day 71 onward the reward is Slides forever: day 71 gives 100, then each day is multiplied by 1.1 and rounded down: 110, 121, 133, 146…
Missing a calendar day resets the streak to day 1. Cosmetics already earned stay in your inventory.

Original menu ambience changes between the main game, Community, Shop, Daily and profile pages.
UI sound effects cover hover, clicks, notifications, PERFECT hits, rewards and level-ups.
Page transitions, staggered card entrances, hover lift, subtle 3D parallax and custom desktop cursor make menus feel less static.
Settings include separate menu music, UI SFX and gameplay volume, plus Full/Reduced/Off animation modes.
Performance mode disables expensive blur, decorative particles and cursor effects for weaker devices.
Theme packs include Neon, Frutiger, Monochrome, Y2K, Cyber and Soft, with small seasonal treatments during special periods.

The chart browser has a selected-chart panel with cover art, ambient background, BPM, stars, likes, charter, best score and a waveform-style visualizer.
Optional 15-second audio previews fade the menu ambience out and restore it when the preview ends.
Before gameplay, a Ready screen shows chart details and your previous best, followed by a 3-2-1-SLIDE countdown.
Gameplay includes combo milestones, PERFECT SFX, hit bursts, beat-reactive flashes and a ghost pace indicator based on your previous best score.
Results show rank, score, accuracy, max combo, every judgement, XP, Slides, level progress and new-record celebrations. Replay and Continue are available immediately.

Shop items open in a large preview.
Owned cosmetics can be randomized into a complete outfit.
Profile cosmetic combinations can be saved and reloaded as local loadouts.
Profiles support animated cosmetic layers, richer badge presentation, achievement progress cards and an optional short profile-music preview based on the favorite chart.
Right-click context menus provide quick copy/share/open actions on supported cards and links.
